Extra Charges / Price Changes Sample Clauses

Extra Charges / Price Changes. Any charges that AHS proposes to charge Hemostemix beyond those included in the prices agreed to in this Agreement, its extensions, supplemental agreements, amendments, or related purchase orders, including without limitation for any services other than the Services (including without limitation additional research and development services), must be approved in writing by Hemostemix prior to AHS invoking or accepting such charges.
