EXTRA PAID DETAILS. There shall be a requirement for a police officer in all instances where there is a street opening or any work to be done on a public way or at any public function at the discretion of the Chief of Police. It is agreed that those officers who are working such paid details do so on their off-duty time or on any time when they are not specifically scheduled to work in the Police Department.
