Extra Seat Service (THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT AIRPORTS IN CHILE). If Passengers wish to maintain a greater distance from other passengers, they will have the option, regardless of whether their fare class is Zero, Light, Plus, or Full, to acquire this additional service, which blocks out the seat next to them. This service does not constitute an additional Airplane Ticket with which another passenger may board, nor is the blocked-out seat to be used for baggage. It simply gives Passengers the option to ensure increased space and greater comfort during the flight. To use this service, Passengers must request it and acquire it directly at the airport. The service will only be available if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
