Extra Services Pay Clause Samples

The Extra Services Pay clause defines the terms under which additional compensation is provided for services that go beyond the original scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for identifying extra services, how they are approved, and the method for calculating and paying the extra fees—such as hourly rates or fixed amounts for specific tasks. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of when and how extra work will be compensated, thereby preventing disputes over payment for services not initially contemplated in the contract.
