EXTRAORDINARY RESOLUTION BINDING ON ALL NOTEHOLDERS. 17.1 An Extraordinary Resolution passed at a meeting of the Noteholders duly convened and held in accordance with this Instrument shall be binding upon all the Noteholders whether present or not at such meeting and each of the Noteholders shall be bound to give effect thereto accordingly.

EXTRAORDINARY RESOLUTION BINDING ON ALL NOTEHOLDERS. 17.1 An Extraordinary Resolution passed at a meeting of the Noteholders duly convened and held in accordance with this Instrument instrument shall be binding upon all the Noteholders whether present or not at such meeting and each of the Noteholders shall be bound to give effect thereto accordingly. The passing of any such resolution shall be conclusive evidence that the circumstances of any such resolution justify the passing thereof.
