EXULT SUPPLIER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in or relation to Exult Systems, Future Systems, Work Product, and the Exult Service Delivery Model (collectively, the "Exult Supplier Intellectual Property") shall (as between the parties) belong to and be vested in Exult Supplier, Exult Participating Affiliates or their respective licensors as appropriate.
