F1 Failure to meet Requirements. F1.1 If the Authority informs the Contractor in writing that the Authority reasonably believes that any part of the Services does not meet the requirements of the Contract or differs in any way from those requirements, and this is not as a result of a Default by the Authority, the Contractor shall at its own expense re-schedule and carry out the Services in accordance with the requirements of the Contract within such reasonable time as may be specified by the Authority.
