Fabrication and Installation. After the State approves the Contractor’s submission of the deliverables required in Clause 2.4 of this Amendment, Contractor will fabricate and install the Artwork at the Worksite in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Amendment.

The City may refuse to allow such change if, in the City’s sole opinion, the change will negatively change the scope, design, colour, size, material, texture, location, site preparation, installation or maintenance of the Work.
