Facade Sample Clauses

The Facade clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the exterior face or front of a building, often specifying standards for design, materials, and maintenance. In practice, this clause may require the contractor to use certain approved materials, maintain a consistent appearance with surrounding structures, or ensure weatherproofing and safety features are incorporated into the facade. Its core function is to ensure that the building's exterior meets aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards, thereby preventing disputes over appearance and performance.
