Common use of Face-to Clause in Contracts

Face-to. face Marketing by Contractor directed at Participants or Potential Enrollees, including direct or indirect door-to-door contact, telephone contact, or other cold-call activities, is strictly prohibited. Events that may involve Contractor staff educating groups of Participants or Potential Enrollees shall not be considered ―face-to-face‖ marketing.
