Facilitating Amendments at General Partner’s Discretion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, in the event of any transfers to or by a Trust in accordance with this Section 4.11(i), the General Partner shall be entitled, in its sole discretion and without the consent or agreement of any other Partner, to make such amendments to this Agreement as it deems necessary from time to time in order to reflect that the Trust(s) or any subsequent transferees may not assume all of the obligations attaching to the subject Partnership Interests.
