Facilitating Registrations and Offerings. (a) If the IPO Entity becomes obligated under this Agreement to facilitate a registration and offering of Registrable Securities on behalf of Holders, the IPO Entity will do so with the same degree of care and dispatch as would reasonably be expected in the case of a registration and offering by the IPO Entity of Shares for its own account. Without limiting this general obligation, the IPO Entity will fulfill its specific obligations as described in this Section 2.15.
