Common use of Facilitation Fee Clause in Contracts

Facilitation Fee. SPD shall have to pay non refundable facilitation fee of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Lakhs only) for 50 MWAC BLOCK calculated at Rs. 1,00,000/- per MWAC along with applicable GST etc. to SPPD on or before entering into this agreement. KSPDCL shall in-turn remit this facilitation fee to KREDL, State Nodal Agency.

Facilitation Fee. SPD shall have to pay non refundable facilitation fee of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Lakhs only) for 50 MWAC MW BLOCK calculated at Rs. 1,00,000/- per MWAC MW along with applicable GST etc. etc to SPPD on or before entering into this agreement. KSPDCL shall in-turn remit this facilitation fee to KREDL, State Nodal Agency.

Facilitation Fee. SPD shall have to pay non refundable facilitation fee of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Lakhs only) for 50 MWAC BLOCK calculated at Rs. 1,00,000/- 10000/- per MWAC along with MW + applicable GST etc. service tax to SPPD on or before entering into this agreement. KSPDCL shall in-turn inturn remit this facilitation fee to KREDL, State Nodal Agency.

Fifty Lakhs One Lakh only) for 50 MWAC BLOCK calculated at Rs. 1,00,000/- per MWAC along with MW + applicable GST etc. GST6 etc to SPPD on or before entering into this agreement. KSPDCL shall in-turn remit this facilitation fee to KREDL, State Nodal Agency.

Facilitation Fee. SPD shall have to pay non refundable facilitation fee of Rs. 50,00,000/- 1,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Lakhs One Lakh only) for 50 MWAC BLOCK calculated at Rs. 1,00,000/- per MWAC along with MW + applicable GST etc. service tax etc to SPPD on or before entering into this agreement. KSPDCL shall in-turn remit this facilitation fee to KREDL, State Nodal Agency.

Fifty Lakhs Ten Thousand only) for 50 MWAC BLOCK calculated at Rs. 1,00,000/- per MWAC along with MW + applicable GST etc. service tax to SPPD on or before entering into this agreement. KSPDCL shall in-turn inturn remit this facilitation fee to KREDL, State Nodal Agency.
