Facilities/Equipment. District shall provide for Inspector’s operational needs, such as office supplies, telephone, and fax machine.
Facilities/Equipment. The Company owns or leases all material land, buildings and equipment used in the operation of its business. The Company has not received any notice of any material violation of any Legal Requirement or Order relating to the Company's facilities which has not been corrected, and no facility of the Company is in material violation of any Legal Requirement or Order.

The Exclusive Representative shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, which includes electronic resources, at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.
