Common use of FACILITIES MODIFICATION Clause in Contracts

FACILITIES MODIFICATION. CONTRACTOR shall provide special education and/or related services to students in facilities that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances related, but not limited to: disability access; fire, health, sanitation, and building standards and safety; fire warning systems; zoning permits; and occupancy capacity. When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR shall conduct fire drills as required by Title 5 California Code of Regulations, Section 550, and California Education Code, section 32001. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for any structural changes and/or modifications to CONTRACTOR’s facilities as required complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
