Common use of Facilities of Said Club Clause in Contracts

Facilities of Said Club. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Allottee understands and accepts that the Promoter shall have the sole rights and discretions in planning the details and facilities of the Said Club and the same may also be varied at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
