FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES. 18 A. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the services, staffing, facilities, and supplies in accordance 19 with this Agreement. COUNTY shall compensate, and authorize, when applicable, said services. 20 CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with at least the 21 minimum number and type of staff which meet applicable federal and state requirements, and which are 22 necessary for the provision of the services hereunder. 23 B.
