Common use of FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES Clause in Contracts

FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES. A. Contractor agrees to provide the services, staffing, facilities, and supplies in accordance with this Contract. County shall compensate, and authorize, when applicable, said services. Contractor shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Contract with at least the minimum number and type of staff which meet applicable federal and state requirements, and which are necessary for the provision of the services hereunder.
