Common use of Facilities Rating Clause in Contracts

Facilities Rating. Crown Holdings shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide that the Indebtedness under this Agreement remains rated by each of S&P and Xxxxx’x at all times and to promptly deliver to Administrative Agent written notice of any change in the rating thereof by S&P or Xxxxx’x.
