Facility Access and Equipment. Service Recipient shall provide access to its premises, and such offices and other facilities, as may be reasonably requested by VCG for the purpose of providing the Services, and ensure that all Equipment is in good working order and suitable for the purposes for which it is use, and conforms to all applicable industry standards.
