Common use of Facility Agent’s management time Clause in Contracts

Facility Agent’s management time. Any amount payable to the Facility Agent under Clause 14.3 (Indemnity to the Facility Agent), Clause 16 (Costs and expenses) and Clause 26.10 (Lenders’ indemnity to the Facility Agent) shall include the cost of utilising the Facility Agent’s management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Facility Agent may notify to the Company and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Facility Agent under Clause 11 (Fees).
