Common use of Facility Agreement representations Clause in Contracts

Facility Agreement representations. Each Obligor that is a party to the Facility Agreement makes the representations and warranties set out in clause 18 (representations) of the Facility Agreement, as amended and supplemented by this Agreement and updated with appropriate modifications to refer to this Agreement, by reference to the circumstances then existing on the date of this Agreement and on the Effective Date.
