Common use of Facility Agreement representations Clause in Contracts

Facility Agreement representations. Each Obligor that is a party to a Facility Agreement makes, and repeats on the Effective Date, the representations and warranties set out in clause 6 (Representations and Warranties) of the Facility Agreement to which it is a party, as amended and supplemented by this Agreement and updated with appropriate modifications to refer to this Agreement, by reference to the circumstances existing on the date of this Agreement and on the Effective Date.
