FACILITY AND PAYMENT/PREPAYMENT TERMS. The Revolving Term Facility. The Facility is one or more full recourse Advances made by Lender from time to time to fund Eligible Contracts, subject to the provisions of Article II and Section 4.2. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the maximum amount outstanding at any one time shall not exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Facility, and Lender's obligation to make additional or future Advances shall terminate on a date one (1) year from the date of this Agreement, unless previously terminated in accordance with Paragraph 2.2 below.
