Common use of Facility LC Amounts Clause in Contracts

Facility LC Amounts. Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to the amount of a Facility LC at any time shall be deemed to mean the maximum face amount of such Facility LC after giving effect to all increases thereof contemplated by such Facility LC or the Facility LC Application therefor (at the time specified therefor in such applicable Facility LC or Facility LC Application and as such amount may be reduced by (a) any permanent reduction of such Facility LC or (b) any amount which is drawn, reimbursed and no longer available under such Facility LC).
