Facility Lease or Purchase. The Charter School may not enter into any facility lease, lease amendment, purchase agreement, loan agreement, or bond purchase/loan agreement without the prior written approval of the School District. Before signing any facility lease, lease amendment, purchase agreement, loan agreement, or bond purchase/loan agreement, the Charter School shall provide a copy of the agreement to the School District for its review and approval. The prior approval requirement also applies when any of the aforementioned documents will be executed by a foundation or non-profit organization that is established to benefit the Charter School. The Charter School is responsible for obtaining its own legal advice regarding any lease agreement, purchase/loan agreement, and other property agreements.
