Common use of Facility Licensure Clause in Contracts

Facility Licensure. The Contractor shall: Comply with Minimum Standards for any child-care license issued by the Department to the Contractor for services provided under this Contract; Comply with the operating or regulatory agency’s regulations if the Contractor is a Facility operated or regulated by one of the state agencies specified in 40 TAC §700.1321(e); Comply with all applicable Service Levels as contained in Attachment C and the Contracted Components of Care described in sections 8-21 of this Contract; and Ensure that all staff providing direct services to the Child comply with state professional laws pertaining to the services provided including laws pertaining to licensure and confidentiality.
