FACILITY LIMIT UTILISATION. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 2.1 from Chapter 1 (General provisions) hereof, the Facility Limit can also be utilized by the Borrower by payment order/transfer, cheque, promissory note or by opening a letter of credit (in Romanian, deschidere de acreditiv) or by issuing Letters of Comfort.
