Facility Occupation Services. 3.1 Facility Occupation Charge Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. and its Affiliates Misys plc and its Affiliates Allscripts will provide full service facility space for Misys employees in the Forum location in Raleigh, North Carolina. $7,875 per person for the Service Period. 90 days 3.2 Insurance premiums Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. and its Affiliates Misys plc and its Affiliates Allscripts will charge Misys Banking Division for their pro-rated portion of the Workers’ Compensation insurance premiums and related broker fees. In addition, Allscripts will charge Misys Banking Division any costs of claims made by their employees up to the $100,000 deductible. Coverage period is from 10/10/09 to 10/10/10. $31,311/year for premiums plus $2,701/year for broker fees plus claims up to $100,000 per year.
