Facility Receiving Hours. Receiving and operating hours of the Facility are as follows: Hours of delivery typically will be agreed upon by the Parties in consideration of convenience and issues of waste flow. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties, the District shall Accept Food Waste from CCCSWA’s Collector at the Facility between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each Monday through Friday.

Facility Receiving Hours. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties in advance, CMSA shall receive Food Waste from MSS at the Facility between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each Monday through Friday, and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays, excluding Holidays.

  • Credit Hours Credit hours are hours that an employee elects to work, with supervisory approval, in excess of the employees basic work requirement under a flexible work schedule. Credit hours may only be accrued under a flexible work schedule. Employees must notify their direct supervisor of their intent to earn credit hours and the duties to be performed at least four (4) hours in advance of the time. Management will respond and approve the credit hours if the work is assigned duties that could not have been performed during a normal tour of duty. Credit hours used are considered hours worked.

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours.
