Facility Sites. There is set forth in Exhibit 5.5.4 the locations of the chief executive office of Borrower, the locations of all of Borrower's Property, the places where Borrower's books and records are kept and the locations of all switches, transmitters, control points, antennae, equipment and offices presently used in the operation of the System.
