Facility Specific Terms. ESM shall not be authorised to provide any Financial Assistance under a Facility other than in accordance with and upon the terms of the Agreement. The Beneficiary Member State shall not be under any obligation to make a Request for Funds under a Facility or to acknowledge any Acceptance Notice.
