Facility Use Fees. Tenant Xxxxxx shall pay Host Xxxxxx the fees in the initial amounts set forth on Exhibit B (the “Facility Use Fees”) for Tenant Xxxxxx’x use of the Facility and for provision of the Services by Host Xxxxxx. Host Xxxxxx may amend the Facility Use Fees at any time and from time to time upon 45 days’ written notice to Tenant Xxxxxx.

Facility Use Fees. A. Athletic Facilities may not be used free of charge for profit making activities. B. Except as provided for in (C) and (D) of this section, fees for use of Athletic Facilities shall be limited to the Hard Costs associated with the operation of said facility. C. City will provide written notice of the change in fees to District within 14 calendar days. 2) City will provide District with: a) Free practice courts for District teams Monday through Friday throughout the school year (August- May) from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. b) Free courts will be available for District practice during the above listed times, providedthe courts are not reserved by paying customers and based on a schedule developed by the tennis center pro shop and District. 3) District Athletic Administration or individual team coaches will be responsible for contacting each tennis center pro under the Tennis Center Management Agreement at each of the tennis centers to make the final, formal, reservations (date/start time) to ensure availability. 4) The individual tennis center pros will not be held accountable for the failure of District to formally reserve the courts. D. Golf Fees 1) District shall pay the following golf related fees: a) Tournaments played between October and February, annually, will be charged a xxxxxx xxxxx fee rate of $3.00 per player. b) City will waive green fees and tournament reservation fees of District participants for all Golf activities and UIL District Golf Tournaments scheduled annually between March 15th and the end of April, or if rescheduled to May due to weather delays or pandemic reasons. 2) District Athletic Administration or individual team coaches may negotiate additional price reductions for goods or services provided by the individual golf pro (e.g., cart fees, range balls, equipment rental). Facility Use Fees. As additional consideration for the use of the Stadium Facility (as provided in Section C.2. below), VAHS shall pay MAYSA an annual usage fee of $6000.00 Dollars each year, beginning on September 1,2017, and continuing each year thereafter throughout the duration of this Agreement. This annual usage fee shall be paid by VAHS on or before Sept. 30 each year. At the end of the (15) year agreement Verona will have first right of refusel. Facility Use Fees. The use of the WACC facility is given as a FREE offering to those in Greater Columbus city ministries to further the partnership in Kingdom work of the Gospel. In the event that a VCC staff person is needed/required to assist an individual or organization/ministry for an event, a fee may be incurred. Fee terms are based on the scope of the request in terms of number of personnel/staff needed, hours and duration of use of VCC staff/personnel, and skillset required. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the approval process, prior to approval of the application. The WACC is available for multi-day event use (conferences, workshops, training, events). In these circumstances, we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for use of utilities.
