FACSIMILE EXCHANGE. The parties acknowledge that this agreement may be executed on the basis of any exchange of facsimile copies and confirm that their respective execution of this agreement by such means shall be a valid and sufficient execution. The parties acknowledge that any execution of this agreement by facsimile will be followed by execution of the engrossments of this agreement.
