Facsimile Machines. Association Executive Committee members and Site Representatives may use District facsimile machines to conduct Association/District business. The District may assess the Association an annual fee of $5.00 to cover the cost of using facsimile machines. By mutual agreement, the District may assess the Association for costs in excess of the annual fee of $5.00.

Facsimile Machines. Provide a facsimile machine to each Facility to be used for communication of Orders to Maxor on a daily basis. Title to such facsimile machine will remain with Maxor. Paper and supplies for such facsimile machine shall be the responsibility of PHS. The facsimile machine shall be used solely for the provision of services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Facsimile Transmission When sent by fax to the last fax number of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective upon receipt, provided that: a) a duplicate copy of the notice is promptly given by first class mail or certified mail or by overnight delivery, or b) the receiving party delivers a written confirmation of receipt. Any notice given by fax shall be deemed received on the next business day if received after 5:00

  • Facsimile Where any Notice is provided or submitted to a Party via facsimile, an original of the Notice sent via facsimile shall promptly be sent by regular mail. For greater certainty, a notice given via facsimile shall not be invalid by reason only of a Party’s failure to comply with this Section 11.2.

  • Facsimile or .pdf Signature This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or .pdf signature and a facsimile or .pdf signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.

  • Facsimile Execution To evidence the fact that it has executed this Agreement, a Party may send a copy of its executed counterpart to the other Party by facsimile transmission. That Party shall be deemed to have executed this Agreement on the date it sent such facsimile transmission. In such event, such Party shall forthwith deliver to the other Party the counterpart of this Agreement executed by such Party.

You release us from any claim you may have as a result of any unauthorised copying, recording, reading or interference with that document or information after transmission, for any delay or non-delivery of any document or information and for any damage caused to your system or any files by a transfer.

  • Facsimile; Counterparts If a party signs this Agreement and transmits an electronic facsimile of the signature page to the other party, the party who receives the transmission may rely upon the electronic facsimile as a signed original of this Agreement.
