Facsimile Machines. Association Executive Committee members and Site Representatives may use District facsimile machines to conduct Association/District business. The District may assess the Association an annual fee of $5.00 to cover the cost of using facsimile machines. By mutual agreement, the District may assess the Association for costs in excess of the annual fee of $5.00.
Facsimile Machines. Provide a facsimile machine to each Facility to be used for communication of Orders to Maxor on a daily basis. Title to such facsimile machine will remain with Maxor.
