Facsimile Machines Clause Samples
The Facsimile Machines clause establishes the acceptability of using fax machines for the transmission and receipt of official documents or communications under the agreement. Typically, it clarifies that signatures or documents sent via facsimile are considered legally valid and binding, just as originals would be. This clause facilitates efficient and timely exchanges between parties, especially when physical delivery is impractical, ensuring that business operations are not delayed by logistical constraints.
