Facsimile or digital signatures shall be sufficient for purposes of executing, negotiating, and finalizing this Contract, and this Contract shall be deemed delivered as if containing original signatures if such delivery is made by emailing a PDF of a scanned copy of the original, hand-signed document, and/or by use of a qualified, established electronic security procedure mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
