Facsimile or E-Mail Clause Samples

The "Facsimile or E-Mail" clause establishes that documents, notices, or communications sent via fax or email are considered valid and effective under the agreement. In practice, this means that parties can transmit important contractual information electronically, and such transmissions are treated as if they were delivered in person or by mail. This clause facilitates efficient communication and ensures that parties are not disadvantaged by delays or issues associated with traditional paper delivery methods.
