Facsimile Signature and Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed and then transmitted by facsimile and a facsimile copy shall have the same force and effect as an original. Further, the parties agree that it may be executed in counterparts, which when taken together have the same force and effect as if one Agreement were signed.
