Facsimile Signature; Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile, e-mail or other electronic means, and in counterparts, all of which shall be considered originals and one and the same agreement, and shall become effective when such counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered, including by facsimile, to the other party.
