This Agreement may be executed and delivered by electronic means (including by e-signature or by e-mail in .PDF or .TIF form) of original signatures and may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be considered one and the same agreement, and shall become effective when such counterparts have been signed by each Party and delivered to the other Party.
