Common use of Facsimile Signatures; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Facsimile Signatures; Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signatures and in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one instrument. Any party delivering an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile transmission shall deliver an original of such counterpart to the other party hereto within two (2) business days; provided, however, that the failure to so deliver any original counterpart shall not affect the validity or enforceability of this Agreement as against such party.
