Common use of Facsimile Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Facsimile Subscriptions. The Fund shall be entitled to rely on delivery by facsimile machine or other method of electronic delivery of an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, including the completed Schedules hereto, and acceptance by the Fund of such facsimile or electronic copy shall be legally effective to create a valid and binding agreement between the Purchaser and the Fund in accordance with the terms hereof.
