Facsimiles or PDFs. Receipt of a facsimile or pdf copy hereof or of any writing delivered in connection herewith shall have the same force and effect as receipt of the original executed copy thereof.   • Facsimiles For purposes of this Agreement, any copy, facsimile, telecommunication or other reliable reproduction of a writing, transmission or signature may be substituted or used in lieu of the original writing, transmission or signature for any and all purposes for which the original writing, transmission or signature could be used, provided that such copy, facsimile telecommunication or other reproduction shall have been confirmed received by the sending Party.

For greater certainty, a notice given via facsimile shall not be invalid by reason only of a Party’s failure to comply with this Section 11.2.
