FACTORING ACCOUNTS. The Factor shall open and manage the Current Accounts (as well as all related sub-accounts detailed below) in order to record the amounts paid or payable by the Factor to each French Seller pursuant to the Agreement and those which are due for any reason whatsoever by each of the French Sellers to the Factor.
