Common use of Factor’s liability Clause in Contracts

Factor’s liability. The Factor shall not be liable for the malfunction of the telephone lines and equipment necessary for using the Web Services, for the use which is made thereof or for the results obtained. Moreover, it may interrupt or modify at any time the operation of the Web Services, in particular in order to maintain the quality, reliability, safety and/or performance thereof. In no event shall it be liable for the consequences, in particular, loss of data, operational losses or any other financial loss which may result from any of the events above.
