Faculty Member's Sale, Lease, Assignment or Transfer of Any Ownership Right. A faculty member may sell, lease, assign or transfer any rights to his or her instructional materials, except that: The faculty member must notify the College in writing of the sale, lease, transfer or assignment of any interest in the materials and any sale, lease, transfer or assignment of any interest in the property must be subject to and made clear in writing that the College continues to have the right to have access and use of the materials as described above.
