Failed Bank Records pertaining to the credit card business, trust business or safekeeping business of the Failed Bank, if any.
Failed Bank Records. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing Section 7.13 shall in no way limit the Company’s obligations with respect to the Failed Bank Records (as defined in the Purchase and Assumption Agreement) under the Purchase and Assumption Agreement (including, without limitation, Article VI of the Purchase and Assumption Agreement).
