Failure by Other Parties to Comply with Obligations. Any party to a Transaction Document fails to observe or perform any of its obligations under that Transaction Document (other than those referred to in clauses (a), (b) or (c) of this Section 6.02), and any such failure continues for a period of 30 days after the date of that failure;
