Failure by Other Parties to Comply with Obligations. Any party to a Transaction Document (other than IFC or the Borrower) fails to observe or perform any of its obligations under that Transaction Document, and any such failure continues for a period of thirty (30) days after the date on which IFC notifies the the Borrower of that failure, provided that in the case of a breach of the Section 6.01(k) of the Guarantee Agreement, the grace period shall be 90 days so long as the Guarantor Historical Debt Service Coverage Ratio is not less than 1.2;
