Failure in Obtaining Authorization. In cases where “government authorization” referred to in Subparagraph (6) of Paragraph 1 of Article 9 is deemed necessary, but the Borrower has not received complete and effective authorization or the complete and effective authorization has been terminated or modified, causing material adverse effect on the Borrower’s assets, business or financial condition, or its ability in performing its obligations under this Agreement, Security Documents to which the Borrower is a party, or any relevant documents.
